Early 2024 – Nobu Hotel Atlantic City
Occupying the newly reimagined Caesars Atlantic City,on the top three floors of the Centurion Tower, Nobu Hotel Atlantic City will further position the city as a leading travel destination on the East Coast. Designed by the Rockwell Group, the modern aesthetic draws inspiration from Japan in Nobu’s signature minimalist style, with 86 rooms and suites, Nobu restaurant, access to all Caesars facilities and panoramic views of the ocean and Jersey Shore coastline.

Summer 2024 – Nobu Hotel Toronto
Occupying 45-stories in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District, Nobu makes its Canadian debut with Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences. Situated above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory with views of Lake Ontario and the city, Nobu Hotel Toronto houses 36 guest rooms and suites, and offers a bi-level Nobu restaurant with bar & lounge, private dining rooms, sushi bar and outdoor terrace.
Autumn 2024 – Nobu Hotel New Orleans
Nobu Hospitality, in collaboration with its long-standing partner, Caesars Entertainment, is excited to open Nobu Hotel and Restaurant at the new Caesars New Orleans, featuring 54 guest rooms and suites. Bringing Nobu’s signature style and sophistication to the dynamic city, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant New Orleans will open as a result of a multimillion-dollar transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans to the new Caesars New Orleans.
2025 – Nobu Hotel Madrid
Located in the heart of the Spanish capital’s Cortes District – situated between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol – Nobu Hotel Madrid will offer 50 guest rooms and suites and encompass a tri-level Nobu restaurant and bar, expansive rooftop bar, a lounge with skyline views, as well as spa and wellness facilities.
2025 – Nobu Hotel Lisbon
Located in the heart of Lisbon, the first Nobu hotel and restaurant in Portugal will sit on the famed Avenida da Liberdade. Renowned for its luxury boutiques and 19th century architecture, the property will offer 72 guest rooms and suites and have direct access to the city’s retail, restaurants, and key cultural landmarks.
2025 – Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel and Spa New York
Set in a building that’s almost a century old, the Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel & Spa New York will represent Nobu’s inaugural hotel in New York and will offer 145 rooms and suites. The hotel will offer a Nobu omakase experience as well as a bar and lounge, and a rooftop area for private parties with panoramic views of New York City.
2025 – Al Khobar
Nobu Hospitality has announced a Nobu Hotel, Nobu Restaurant, and Nobu Residences in the Eastern Province of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Located in the waterfront area of the city, facing the Arabian Gulf, the mixed-use luxury complex will offer 98 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, a Nobu Restaurant on the lobby level, swimming pools, a wellness centre, and meeting and event space.
Nobu Hotels are also in development for Abu Dhabi, Hamburg, Punta Cana, Orlando, Danang, Tulum, Bangkok, Al Marjan Island, São Paulo, Tel Aviv, Cairo, and North Coast Egypt.
