Prices start at $1,500 per night.
Bespoke Aphrodisiac Tasting Menu
Exclusively available on Valentine’s Day
Named after Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty, foods such as oysters, chocolate and chilli peppers have long been considered aphrodisiacs. Putting that theory to the test, guests dining at Contour, the hotel’s all-day gastro lounge, can indulge in an aphrodisiac tasting menu throughout February, with dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller, Duck Confit and Pickled Jalapeno Slaw, designed to get loved-up couples in the mood.
Prices from $125 per person.
Cocktails Inspired by New York’s Greatest Love Stories
A glowing skyline, incredible views and beautiful parks – it’s no wonder New York City has been the setting for some of the greatest romantic movies of all time, from classics like Breakfast at Tiffany’s to laugh-out-loud comedies such as When Harry Met Sally. To celebrate love on-screen and off, Contour’s expert mixologist has concocted a menu of cocktails inspired by the movies that have put the city on the map as a destination for romance. The menu includes Love Me Love Me Not, a cocktail made up of mezcal, pomegranate liquor, fresh lemon and local honey and Cupid’s Hope, a vodka-based cocktail with flavours of cranberry, cherry and vanilla.
Prices start at $29 per cocktail.
Ultimate Indulgence – Chocolate and Wine Pairing
