Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Roma, Italy

The global lifestyle brand’s first hotel and second restaurant in Italy, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Roma is set to open in early 2023. In collaboration with Carlo Acampora, Chairman and CEO of the existing Grand Hotel Via Vineto, the opening will transform the luxury property into a signature Nobu destination for one of Europe’s most popular cities. COMO Le Montrachet, France

Located in the heart of Burgundy, one of the world’s most prestigious wine regions, COMO Le Montrachet will bring the group’s contemporary flair to the sought-after Côte-d’Or region, providing unparalleled access to some of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards. Built on the former Hotel Le Montrachet in Puligny-Montrachet, the new COMO property will be revamped and re-imagined by esteemed designer Paola Navone, pairing aesthetics inspired by the local area with the brand’s signature minimalist style. Nobu Hotel and Restaurant San Sebastián, Spain

With a strong focus on cuisine, local culture and architectural design, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant San Sebastián will bring the iconic brand to the celebrated Spanish city for the first time. Overlooking La Concha Bay, the intimate hotel will be situated on the site of the famed Palacio Vista Eder – constructed in 1912 and designed by renowned architect, Francisco Urcola – with just 20 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, plus a signature 98-cover Nobu restaurant offering panoramic views of the city and surrounding ocean. In honour of the hotel’s location, expect a menu of iconic Nobu dishes such as Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalepeño partnered with local delicacies inspired by the region’s iconic pintxos scene.

The Residence Douz. Tunisia

Serving as a gateway to the Sahara, Cenizaro Hotels and Resorts’ first desert resort, The Residence Douz, is set to open early next year. The brand’s second opening in Tunisia, set in 40 acres of rolling dunes and swaying palms, is an all-suite oasis comprising 50 desert-inspired villas inspired by local design and aesthetics. Villas feature private terraces and swimming pools shaded by canvas canopies, traditional hand-woven carpets and intricate bricks of Tozeur detailing. Three unique dining destinations span Mediterranean, Tunisian and international cuisine, while the expansive spa features a traditional hammam, eight treatment rooms and Turkish baths. For young travellers, the Kids’ Club is complete with an observatory tower for spotting wildlife such as fennecs and gazelles.

The long-awaited Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Marrakech will mark the brand’s first venture into Africa.
