Wellness Events with Fleur Bailey

Set within 12 acres of tranquil gardens in the picturesque Cotswolds, Whatley Manor is redefining self-care this summer with a series of thoughtfully curated wellbeing events which blend mindfulness, movement, and holistic practices to nourish both body and soul. Led by Wellness Consultant Fleur Bailey, events will draw on Fleur’s impressive array of qualifications in nutrition, Pilates and breathwork, maintaining a holistic approach to health which blends nutritional guidance with mindful movement and breathwork to support lasting well-being. The programme includes three one-day retreats focused on core aspects of health: gut health, sleep, and mindful movement.

Gut Health Reset: Saturday 7th June
Gut health has become increasingly prominent in the wellness sphere, with research providing its ability to aid digestion, nutrient absorption and immune system function. Whatley’s Gut Health Reset is both science-backed and deeply nourishing, utilising methods such as healing meals, educational workshops, gentle movement and mindfulness to tackle those uncomfortable feelings we have made the norm. Minimise bloating, sluggish digestion and fatigue, guests will leave feeling lighter and energised, with a stronger awareness of how to support one’s body from the inside out.

Sleep & Restore: Saturday 5th July
With quality sleep being foundational to hormonal balance and overall health – the Sleep & Restore retreat is designed to reset participants sleep schedule by recalibrating the nervous system, often worn down by work, stress or lack of sleep over time. Participants will explore the science behind restful sleep and the lifestyle shifts that support it including stress regulation, nutrition, light exposure and nervous system balance – guided through breath-led Pilates sessions, calming breathwork and interactive workshops to teach techniques that participants can implement at home.

Pilates & Breathwork Escape: Saturday 2nd August
Focusing on the transformative power of movement and breath, the intensive Pilates & Breathwork Escape is designed to strengthen the body, enhance mobility and sharpen mental clarity. Participants will be guided through energising Pilates flows and calming breath-led practices, gaining practical strategies of how to manage the nervous system, boost energy and create inner balance – crucial tools in today’s fast-paced world.
Price is £150 per person, running 9:30am – 4:30pm
Each event will include expert-led workshops, educating guests on how develop a clearer knowledge on how to improve their overall wellbeing. The hotel will also ensure guests are well-fed, providing nourishing lunches and healthy snacks throughout the day to fuel and support your body.
