MICHELIN Key Hotels at Fox Communications

Newly Awarded One, Two and Three Key Hotels in the UK

The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its first-ever One, Two and Three Key distinctions for outstanding hotels in the UK and Ireland, showcasing the very best of hospitality across the British Isles. According to the Guide, Three Keys represent extraordinary stays; Two Keys highlight exceptional stays; and One Key has been granted to hotels offering a ‘a very special stay’.

Below, you can find out more about the incredible MICHELIN Key Hotels represented by Fox Communications:

THREE KEYS

The Savoy, London

The Savoy Hotel, London

The original luxury hotel in London, The Savoy has been at the forefront of hospitality in the city for over 135 years. Perfectly positioned between the Strand and the Thames, the hotel’s rooms are decorated in Art Deco and Edwardian styles, with many suites offering the inspiring views of the river that Monet captured in his paintings. The hotel’s restaurants include three outposts from Gordon Ramsay – Savoy Grill, the River Restaurant and MICHELIN-starred 1890 – alongside the iconic American Bar and intimate Beaufort Bar for expertly executed cocktails. The Three Key distinction comes at a time of evolution for The Savoy, with November 2024 seeing the launch of a new dining destination – serving afternoon tea alongside breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktail menus – plus a dedicated scone shop and florist. Rooms are also undergoing refurbishment, with the first collection set to be unveiled in 2025.

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, Bath

The only hotel in Bath’s city centre to achieve Two MICHELIN Keys, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa resides at numbers 15 and 16 Royal Crescent, embedded in one of the finest specimens of Georgian architecture. The interiors seamlessly blend English elegance with contemporary colour, from the light, inviting entrance to the guest rooms, recently redesigned by local interiors masters, Woodhouse & Law. At the end of an acre of private gardens sits Montagu’s Mews, a must-visit restaurant in Bath, where Head Chef, Martin Blake, serves modern British classics crafted with the finest produce from the Southwest. The restaurant sits adjacent to The Spa & Bath House, where guests can indulge in treatments or rejuvenate in the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool.

Alongside the collection of 23 generously sized rooms and suites, visitors and locals flock to The Dining Room, the hotel’s MICHELIN Green-starred restaurant serving decadent a la carte and tasting menus designed with a nod to nostalgia by Executive Chef, Ricki Weston. Elsewhere, Grey’s is a relaxed and refined restaurant, while Aquarias Spa houses a full thermal suite, indoor pool and multiple treatment rooms, all surrounded by 12 acres of perfectly kept arts-and-crafts-style gardens. This year, the hotel became the first in the UK to achieve Net Negative carbon emissions, marking an important step on its pioneering sustainability journey.
